We're investigating the cause.

Our Internet router at the Times Square building overheated and crashed. This was due to a failure in the air conditioning system that allowed the server room to get VERY warm. The router has been rebooted, and our connection to TS has been restored.

Air conditioner is still not working, but the room is considerably cooler with the door left open.

The air conditioner is running again. Someone may have worked on it. I will check on it later this week.

Lost contact with the Times Square building last night. It could be the air conditioner again.
