Although, I do have to wonder if this pigeon may have had a run in with Beauty or Dot.ca and not a hawk.

wub2 That was a great story, Jeanne! I especially enjoyed that the pigeon's owner was from Oswego, where we lived for 34 years.

Although, I do have to wonder if this pigeon may have had a run in with Beauty or Dot.ca and not a hawk.

It also could have had a run in with the falcon I've seen at the Brighton site in the last week. That site is much closer to where the pigeon was found than downtown. At any rate, it's good that it was rescued. Thanks Jeanne!!  clap

I'm glad the pigeon was rescued. It did cross my mind that there might have been an encounter with a peregrine.
