The very top of the egg is visible if you view the Main cam pic at 100%.  Look just to the left of the knot on the center top of the front edge of the nest box tray.

 clapHow awesome is it that, God willing, we're going to see the sweet faces of little eyases in Rochester once again !!! Our first egg in what seems like forever heart  WTG to all those who put their heads together and chose this location  wave Then all the hard work to install the cameras. You all should be sooo proud today !  thumbsup

This is wonderful news!!  Amazing how life goes on and we must adapt.  But it will be sooo different watching a new pair, but exciting too.  Everyone is on a new page this year -- where will the eyases go on their first flights?  Will they find the gorge?  No more smokestacks.  Will the watchers have to invest in jet-propelled backpacks to follow the younguns???  Stay tuned!

Nearly 0600 on a chilly ROC morning - and someone is back in the box... Not sure EGGS-actly who it is but if I were that wee egg, I would want someone toasty sitting on top of me! Brrrrrr!

just to mention how good this camera is, you can also check out the green fly flying past above the roof of the nest box little to the left  rofl
