thanx  Thank you all!  heart I love all of the storks in the messages!  I will be off-line much of the day, as we are going to tear up the front walkway and entrance way and have a free form 4-foot wide pressed concrete path put in (blue and terra cota).  Rich is having a 12 x 6 foot pad put in the back for the grill.  The guys are doing all of the prep work today, so they can pour and press on Monday.  Going to plant a lot of stuff forward and aft.  Having king crab legs for dinner and Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for dessert.  bdcake Watching the race from Phonex.  nascar  MAK - Maybe Tony will break from his norm and give us an early season win  2thumbsup  Now, THAT would be sweet!

A bunch of local stores offer BD discounts, so I took advantage of them and went shopping yesterday and stocked up on stuff!  I still haven't been able to take advantage of being the spouse of a senior yet, but I'm ready!

Thank you all and I'll check back in when I can, as I would love it if Beauty laid a 2nd egg today (I'll name that egg Helga  Wink )  Of course, for big news,  hatch1 I know that Donna will text me  clap

Happy Birthday, my friend.  What's this about yard work today - no, no!  No work allowed on birthdays.  You must just watch Nascar, the cameras, and the guys doing all the labor.  Have a great year.

Thanks Everybody!  Man!  Those crab legs were sweet!  Over the top!  They were so good that I used melted butter (I almost never use it).  Opened a bottle of the Keswich 2008 Chardonney - THAT was butter - smooth and creamy for any locals that can get VA wine!  Watching the race right now - Tony was leading and Montoya pulled the rocket ship out again (THAT is amazing on a flat track live).  Don't think we are going to get our early season win, MAK, but Stewart-Haas Racing is giving a VERY Respectable showing.  Got so wrapped up in the concrete (lots of pictures will be forthcoming - Donna has had a preview) that I lost track of time - had to run to Home Depot for instant plant gratification  Wink  Ruby the RSH made several appearances today to wish me a Happy Birthday, and her nest is close.  MAK - Johnson is 2nd - I'm cheering for Montoya who I don't like, but NO MORE JIMMY!!!  Again - thank you all for the greetings and wishes - it has been a great day, even though I was painting my shutters!  Ok, a 2nd egg would be nice, but it's been a good day and I'll leave the egg in God's hands.  Thank you all again!

Girl!  You are EVIL and I LOVE it!  Kurt Busch was smoking all over the track and just brought out a caution!  I do wish Denny would get out of that car - every bump is hurting my knees!!

A Birthday egg would be great - Helga Jean is the name!
