rfalconcam: Another step in the #ROC #peregrine story...New Guy came to the nestbox wall, called out and Nova left. He then flew around, went into the nest box and chupped at the eggs. Nova came back and they chupped and bowed before he left and Nova settled back on the eggs.

rfalconcam: NG is proving to be a good provider & Nova is getting more comfortable. He brought food gifts for her multiple times this morning. This 3rd time, he arrived on the corner of the platform and ate a bit of his offering, before bringing it closer. Nova accepted his gift & took off. cp

rfalconcam: While Nova was gone, NG stood over the eggs and vocalized a bit. He hasn't started incubation, but that might come soon. Nova returned pretty quickly and back on the eggs. NG moved out to the corner of the platform. cp

rfalconcam: While we continue to (im)patiently wait for the #ROC #peregrine eggs to hatch, Nova seems to be getting more comfortable with New Guy. He has brought multiple meals to the nestbox for her and she has taken most of them while he stands guard over the eggs. Sadly, we still have no word about Neander.
