I don't think it's the building. It sounds like cars going over something in the road. Just my opinion.

First hatch was Friday night, second on Saturday morning and then one on Sunday and one yesterday.
They are under a bridge and the bridge actually lifts in the middle to allow ships to sail through.
BCAW has some photos provide by a local person there so you can see where they are.
