We spent a beautiful two hours today at Braddock Bay watching raptors, in huge kettles floating along the lake.  We were treated to a release of a Sharp Shinned Hawk that had been banded at the banding station and also a low level flight of a Peregrine Falcon!  You know I had the binoculars on her looking for an antenna!  No luck.  But highly suggested to any watcher to spend some time out there in the next week as the migration is at its peak.  Turkey Vultures, Sharpies and Broad Wingeds aplenty today.  Enjoy this free spectacle!! clap thumbsup
