How do we post a video clip (not rfalconcam)?

Rather than inserting a URL or hyperlink, How do we post a video clip so it shows like a photo?

Sage posted an animated GIF picture. You'll have to ask her how she got it.

The Forum supports posting animated GIFs just like regular GIFs, JPGs, etc. using the picture button or [IMG] and [IMGT] tags. There is no support for embedding videos with a preview frame.
