Nightcrawlers -- the other white meat.  Yum!
The only problem is how to get them home to your family.  It's easy if you just let then dangle and then toss them into the nest cavity.
Kevin Shank, of Nature Friend magazine uses his automatic camera trap to show us all how.  Look under "Owl, Screech, 2010 Nest" for photos.

Anyone have any tips on how I can view this?  I'm on a laptop with a touch pad (no scroll), and I can't get far enough down on the page to see the screech owl section.

I had the same problem. There's a thing in the top right of one page you can click to go into full-screen mode, but you still run into the same problem later. It's poorly designed, imho.  I had to connect a mouse. It was TOTALLY worth the three calories I burned to connect the mouse to my mac laptop. TERRIFIC pictures!!!!!! Thanks, Paul!!!
Then one of the screech owls flew out and ate my mouse. Bummer.
