One hatched this AM, 3 eggs remain with a pip, chat is saying. It was wicked here in Atlanta (we're in a hotel right across from the building with the nest) last night with winds, driving rain, thunder boomers galore. I was watching her on cam and she hunkered down pretty good on those eggs.

There are two chicks, and at least one unhatched egg is visibie. The chicks are being very well cared for.

The two chicks fledged either last night or this morning. Neither has been in view since. Dad was on the railing for a while, and sunbathing in the planter, but no sign of the fledglings so far.
Yesterday one of the chicks made it up onto the slippery metal railing, and then disappeared; he/she reappeared in the planter a couple of hours later.
I hope both the fledglings are safe.
The chicks two days ago:

I have been checking the cam each day, and have seen only one of the adults on the railing once or twice.
But today, some good news posted on the site 25 minutes ago: "One of the young just spotted flying outside MLA offices!"
I hope the other one is safe too.

I've been checking to see if there was any news so that's good to hear! Thanks, Alison!
