The banding went great  - two females and a male.
The $1000 and change that it will cost to get a new computer, camera, line, and set up live streaming video was raised by the evanston watchers' group, so that is coming up.
The buttons the library made with my drawings ran out fast (the library was giving them out free)! I only got a very few!

a few shots:

We are all definitely spreading our falcon wings with our involvement in our local peregrines.  What in the world has the Rochester group done to us??

Great pictures.  Isn't it nice to have peregrines so close?

Dale,
 The artwork on the buttons is great. They will become collector items... you need to sign your work!
BTW there's a picture on my living room wall that needs your signature!!!!

As of noon today, we have three fledges (of three).
-Lorraine had just fledged and was being tracked down;
-Both Perkins and Hennen had fledged on previous days and had had to be picked up (by Deborah) and returned to the Library when they landed (not on their first flights) on the ground in inconvenient locations.
-Perkins flew off again and seems to be getting good control very quickly.
-At last report he was up on the Carlson (where I saw him land at the end of my shift) observing the library from across Church street.
-Hennen was still on the Library as of 12:15.
They're really, really beautiful at this stage, aren't they?

I wish I could breathe a sigh of relief like you are doing in Evanston.  Congrats.
