Thanks -- I couldn't figure out what it was...just knew that it was a noisy little thing!  Canadians don't know all that much about soccer...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!  Ha!

That's the sound of a vuvuzela.
Idea being, it blocks out anything you might want to hear.

That's funny - I had watched about ten (out of hundreds) of those Hitler videos on different topics, some pretty amusing, but then I read that there had been a major copyright scandal around the use of that film clip and that there were to be no more Hitler spoofs using that scene.
I guess there are anyway! Nice silly one.
