That's because the site's server's clock is wrong. Someone set the date to September 18 this afternoon, and pictures are being stored with that date. I can't get a hold of anyone to fix it, and I can't do it myself. It's making a big mess of everything.

The system clock is now correct. Pictures have the correct time and should display in the archive viewer.
