Funny my dad is having an Octoberfest at his house on the 9th of Oct. All German everything. He calls it the "WiedFest" Where can I get some of that Schneider Weiss? I used to drink a beer called Wiedemann beer...aka my last name Wiedman. Could be a relative...if we added and E and another N.   Maybe I'll write Uncle George Wiedemann and say "hey!".

I'm not a Schneider of the George Schneiders, but I do love drinking a great weisse beer with my name on it.

We have been buying single bottles of Schneider Weisse at Wegman's in Virginia, which doesn't do you any good in NJ, since you have to buy at a package goods store.  State Line in Elkton, MD (right over the line and before the bridge) has an AMAZING Over-the-Top selection of beers from all over.  I do not have enough days left in me to enjoy all of the various beers there!
