One thing Mr T has done...is give the local watchers and rfalconcam some winter excitement. We've all enjoyed watching them, because if he wasn't here, we may not have seen Beauty so active.
Another thing to keep in mind is don't underestimate this tiercel. The UB falcons had a pair (BB and Smoky) that raised a successful clutch. The second season, in came young "Yankee" from Niagara Falls and took over as BB's mate. We are going to see more and more rotation of pairs as the population increases.
Like everyone, I want to see Archer return and look forward to seeing him as a second season father. I doubt he will stare at the hatched eggs this year.
