Only 2 more weeks until the start of the High Falls Greentopia Festival.

In addition to the festival, there is now talk of a new park at High Falls, The GardenAerial.

I wonder if it will get further than the Broad Street Corridor plan.

A little cynical there?    As soon as I saw this, I thought of the High Line in NYC.  The same idea!  The High Line has done well for the area of lower Manhattan where it's located.   Could an aerial garden bridge do the same for ROC?  I think that's what the High Falls was supposed to do many years ago...so i understand the  cynicism.    It's worth a look  Look at what the Broadstreetcorridor plan did!  :-)
