I'm trying to figure out what is going on.  They don't seem to have Harlie up on the swing stage.

Before they went up the second time, a bag was lowered from the roof. Maybe Harlie was put in the bag and either lowered or raised.

Harlie is back in the nestbox

All done. Now we wait to find out if Harlie is a he or a she!

Quest was NOT her Mama!  Mariah would have kicked human backside and kicked it again because she could!  Quest looked pretty calm all things considered.

They raised her to the roof and back down.

You got that right! Mariah would not have put up with anyone near her babies! Of course, we couldn't see what was happening on the roof. Quest could have been up there.
