Good thing I decided to check "stuff" as your message was blocked by my SPAM filter and I didn't get it until this morning (you know how crazy I am about those settings).  Rich's laptop crashed and started clicking, so I said, "let me pull the hard drive and get a new one" (Clicking is CLASSIC hard drive failure and even our Forensics guys will tell you that the odds of recovering anything is slim to none).  Got to bring the laptop to the office and have one of the guys with young eyes and young fingers pull the drive, but I am not even concerned about lost data.  Why?   I take periodic Ghost images and don't allow Rich to store important stuff on that laptop.  So, the biggest effort will be in booting from my USB drive, running Ghost, and applying the Windows updates - I can live with that!
