Two robins were sitting in a tree. βI'm really hungry,β the first one said.
βMe, too,β said the second. βLet's fly down and find some lunch.β
They swooped to the ground and found a plot of plowed ground full of worms. They ate and ate and ate and ate until they could eat no more.
βI'm so full I don't think I can fly back up to the tree,β the first robin said.
βMe either. Let's just lie here and bask in the warm sun,β said the second.
βOK,β said the first.
They plopped down, relaxed and soaked in the rays.
But as they dozed, a big fat tom cat sneaked in and gobbled them up.
As he sat satisfied and licking his lips, he thought, βI love Baskin' Robins.β
