Those of you in the area are probably familiar with Wild Wings in Mendon Park. It's a wonderful organization that rescues injured raptors that cannot be returned to the wild. (When Mariah was injured, they provided the name of a wildlife rehabber who quickly helped out and they also provided quail for Mariah).
They have recently acquired a peregrine and a merlin!!!
Not to mention that they have the most adorable barred owl!!!

My mom and I are going out Saturday an noon to see the peregrine, et. al. From Oregon, or so I understand. Larry O
