Gyrfalcon sharing with a Saluki, Gyrfalcons are badass. Native to Greenland, they are the largest falcon and can knock a Canadian Goose out of the air at 2000 ft. Falcons and dogs have evolved a mutually beneficial relationship over thousands of years, whereby food is shared by the falcon and their protection from other predators such as wolves is taken on by certain dogs. Salukis are badass too and can take out a coyote at full speed.

Love it! I wonder if the falconer taught this behavior or if the Gyrfalcon did it on it's own! Either way it's pretty cool!!!
