NW Raptor Center
I received a call that there was an eagle in a ditch on the westend side of Lake Crescent this afternoon and looks like its been hurt. Tanner and I loaded our gear up and headed there, we looked everywhere, no eagle..we returned to the center and received another call that an eagle had been brought in to the Olympic Northwest Vet Clinic in Forks, WDFW Fairbanks was also looking for the eagle. So Tanner and I got back in the truck and headed for Forks and met Officer Fairbanks to bring the eagle back to the center for care..The eagle was hit by a car and is not doing real well at this time, everyone keep your fingers crossed!~Jaye
