It’s the Short-eareds, putting on a regular display of hunting prowess late each afternoon and early evening along Church Road in Hamlin, in the heavily weeded field between the east and west forks of Lake Road.

I sure had fun watching them the couple of times I went out there to Hamlin. I felt right at home too as I lived just around the corner from Church Road for 13 years.  Grin
