In search of Osprey and Bald Eagle nests

I took a ride with Joyce and Brian yesterday to Avon looking for an Osprey nest and we found it! Then we went to Conesus Lake to find a Bald Eagle nest. No luck on that but we did see an eagle and had a nice long walk through the woods. I love hangin' with nature!

No surprises here - Love the Osprey! Also, Love the red barn! I think your Osprey was female (necklace and spots on breast).

Yes Janet it was a female. The male was in the nest and as he made a move toward her she took off with the bullhead and ate it on the pole. I guess it was too small to share!
