I finally have the answer by Ornitho-Qc and it is a rose-breasted grosbeak female.

This year we have 3 pairs of Red-breasted Grosbeaks at our feeders. They show up here every year in early May-male first then usually a week later the female shows up-and leave around the first part of August.
