Correction: space on LEFT wing after 4th primary. It actually looks like the 4th primary feather is bent.

DC was hunting low on west side. He flew low in front of bldg to the west, then landed on the 2-story roof. He swooped off low near bldg.

DC returned to BS lower west roof kakking up a storm. He'd lost his prey. I moved away south of bldg. He flew above area searching.

DC made several low swoops over grassy area NW of bldg. 15 minutes later he retrieved his prey. Whew, glad it's Sunday and no moving cars.

BS- And...just when I thought all was quiet, DotCa interrupts Pigott's dinner and they copulate. Now they're settled near the rooftop tree.

Thank you for your devotion so late downtown tonight. So, you have pics of a banded juvie and MAK has pictures of an unbanded falcon from this morning.
This is getting wild. So there were at least five seen today?
This is a really wild guess, and perhaps shows my ignorance about the way of the falcon, but since this juvie has been kind of spotted either DT or at BS before and no one seems to take note of it (the pefas) could it possibly be Orion? It just went through my head that maybe he is passing through and that's why DC is not going after him? Would he recognized the juvie as such?

We definitely needed a score card for this weekend. Dana also got pictures of a juvie at BS from this morning.

I wonder if Dana's juvie is banded or unbanded.

I think we'll have to wait for Dana and Joyce to go through their pictures. I'm sure they'll let us know. I would think it was the same juvie, but who knows!

"They" say that they wouldn't recognize their offspring...but "they" are often wrong...
