I would say they are very close in size and both are bigger than Archer.  The Tiercel (male) is usually 1/3 smaller than the females.  Dan says that Cabot-Sirocco was a very large Tiercel, almost as big as Mariah.  Now that really is a big male!

I don't think size has anything to do with their behavior.  I think that Harlie is just behaving like a very hungry juvenile wanting food from her parent.  We all know how loud the young ones are here in Rochester.  Especially when they're hungry.  Not sure why Quest is being so vocal.  All falcons behave differently.  That adds to the joy of watching them.  You learn something new every day.
