Whoo hoo, MAK got up to see the nest and the view!! NICE!!

We had to go up for a quick fix on one of the cameras.  It was a perfect opportunity to have MAK go up and see the nest box up close and personal.  Now that her knee has healed she was able to climb the stairs to the top.  While we were up there, Beauty was on top of the Mercury statue checking us out.  She didn't show much interest in us at all.  After about 10 minutes she flew south down the river.

WanderingFalcon (Carol P.): We were looking north. I saw a large bird approaching from the east. As the bird got closer I yelled PEREGRINE! A beautiful adult flew by

WanderingFalcon (Carol P.): at eye level. She appeared to have a full crop but was carrying prey. Maybe leftovers? We checked the nearby bldgs but couldnt find her.

MAKfalcon (MAK): While at Fedex on Manitou Rd. I saw lots and lots of pigeons. No wonder CarolP saw a falcon in this neck of the woods!
