I've been DT for awhile now. No sign of B. Lots of activity on the river including a momma duck & her ducklings hanging out with a Killdeer.

About 10 crows flew back and forth behind the TSB then left. Time for me to go too!

At KP. That was too cool. The falcon took off heading east. Fast wing beats. I had a great view as he stooped & came up empty taloned.

On the way back he played tag with a couple crows and then landed on the back north of the east smoke stack. Sun is going down.

I drove by BS at about 8:53 tonight. Two falcons - almost perpendicular to each other on the front side of the building. One was squawking -- weird sound. Almost like an alarm!

Did DC grow up with chirping birds?? Never heard that sound from a falcon before but I sure do love it!
I remember the first time we heard him on Cam making that chirping/clicking sound, we're like, what the heck is that? You sure know when he's at the nest.

Lots of chirping birds in the area where he grew up as it's in the centre of a residential area and there is a river and a park right behind the buildings where they fledge from. However Jack is a very chatty bird and makes those noises as well..both he and Angel used to chit chat alot. Interestingly I've yet to hear Jack and O'connor chat to each other the same way. I think he's scared of her
