Yes, the psych center is more on the outskirts of town; about a mile behind this view.

Wondering where Corn Hill is?

The Corn Hill area is in the Southwestern wedge of downtown Rochester, with the river to the east and I-490 to the north, so it's just a bit south of TS and the jail.  There was an arts festival there this weekend, so C must've been checking out all the crafts and art pieces.  

Is this on the University of Pittsburgh campus?  I think I visited that building a few years ago.

Calli has the head tuck down pat!

There is going to be another quick blast of heavy rain and wind very soon.  Calli and Jemmi should batten down the hatches!

Still wet and ragged. I have this uncontrollable urge to brush them. 

It looks like the rain stripped away some of their fluff.   
You can see more feather than fluff now.

She's been out on the deck for over an hour!  Mom is keeping an eye on things from above.
