That's one I learned the other weekend!  The psych center is in the opposite direction-I'd guess just about behind the photographer.

Yes, the psych center is more on the outskirts of town; about a mile behind this view.

No, it's not visible on this picture.  The Medley Center (or Irondequoit Mall) would be further right (east) of Kodak Park.
