Something is askew here.  The referenced link is dated July 2013 but appears to be reporting data from 2004 (http://www.peer.org/news/news-releases/2004/10/14/yellowstone-wildlife-ravaged-by-road-kill/).  And poor Gale Norton is catching Hell now but hasn't been in the job since 2006 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gale_Norton).
