Didn't we used to call it something else? I remember when Billy was hanging out near there...it's near the Hawkeye plant & Driving Park Bridge, right?

It's by 104 on the east side of the Genesee River just past the Veterans bridge and Keeler St. expressway. And we have always called it ST as far as I know. Hawkeye is about 1.5 miles south of Seneca Towers on St. Paul Street
I guess it didn't register in my head as a "place to check for falcons" once Billy stopped hanging out there. It was connected in my mind to checking Hawkeye...sorry.
