It will be very interesting to see if the Peregrines will use this.

Oops! I thought the numbers started from the river where his aunt's factory was. Bill says no, this building is downtown. Downtown Trenton has been basically boarded up for years due to crime, gangs, and other related issues, so hopefully any falcons would be safe there. Still cool, though.

Was it the James River Bridge that had an Igloo for a nest?? Not sure now but I have seen a few and they were used!!

Yes Cobb Island, VA is the one with the igloor=.  James River is the one on the bridge and it's a normal box.

I hope they screwed that thing down-the wind could send that sailing if it's not anchored. It's certainly going to be more durable than wood and leak free!
