Thanks for updates MAK. Know this has been an ordeal but you have been steadfast in your recovery.Just remember not to push yourself too much,it takes time for the body to heal and you are well on the way.Prayers continue for you in your recovery.

Feeling a bit better every day Patty. Still have some drainage and soreness in the incision near my belly button area. Still can't sit up straight with this binder on so I have to reach to type, therefore I don't do much of that on my laptop. I can't sleep in my bed yet as it's very uncomfortable laying flat or on my side so my life these days is spent in my recliner. Still hoping to be healed in time for fledge watch. Thanks for all the support everyone, I appreciates it!!

Wishing you a good week! How much longer for the binder? Sure hope you can get out of that recliner soon. ~Nora

I'm hoping about 3 more weeks or so with the binder Nora. I see my surgeon on May 28th and I'll find out for sure then. And I can't wait to get out of my recliner too!

I've made good progress the last week Patty! My incision has stopped draining and is pretty much completely healed. I'm going to attempt to sleep in my bed tonight for the first time in 6 weeks. Wish me luck!!
