Heart Walk April 25th

A group of coworkers and I will be participating in the 25th Annual Rochester Heart Walk on April 25th. The event is put on by the American Heart Association to raise money to fight heart disease, the Nation's number 1 killer.

We will be leaving from the Blue Cross Arena at 10 AM so be sure to look for us waving at Cam 1 when we hit the street.

My personal goal is to raise $500. If you'd like to help me, please visit my Heart Walk page and make a donation. I'd really appreciate it, and so would the millions of Americans who are affected by heart disease.

Just checked and Shaky needs a little $50.00 push and he's there!  I'm up early to go for a "heart-saving" (mine) run this morning.  So, if you haven't donated or would like to push Shaky over the line, today would be a good day to do so.  Otherwise, why not do like me and go for a run (or at least a rapid-paced walk)?
