I looked on the FB page of the man who reported the sighting.  He has a better pic posted where bands look more like 22/BE..comments say it's a female that was banded in Haverhill, MA.

I also found one more photo of the bird . . . don't know if it is the same one you found, Kris. The bands are not very clear in this one either. Could be BE.

I agree, Patsy! A beautiful juvie.

In October, 22/BE was in Providence, Rhode Island. Both Peter Green and Craig Gibson took some beautiful photos of her.
