It's time to vote for your favorite names for one of Beauty and Dot.ca's Eyases!

The  polls are open! From the many excellent suggestions that were received, Rfalconcam's  Naming Committee selected 10  names in each of the three categories: male,  female,  and   gender-neutral. Thank   you to everyone...

And the winners are

Female: Marielle, with 12 votes, submitted by Eileen of O'Fallon, MO

Male: Chase with 8 votes, submitted by Eileen of O'Fallon, MO

Neutral: Ontario, with 16 votes, submitted by Susan Meyer of Rochester, NY and George Niessing also of Rochester

Congratulations to all!

A reminder that only one eyases will receive one of these names. Since the gender-neutral name Ontario received the most votes, the eyas will be named Ontario.

Love the names.  Easy to spell and easy to pronounce.  I was up for a challenge.  Now the challenge will be identifying them in the air.

thumbsup All great names! I was slightly disappointed that the name Marielle, which was my favorite, did not make the final cut. Can a non-chosen name be submitted again for another year?

Absolutely as long as there are eyases to name.
