This past weekend we were talking about falcon watchers we hadn't seen for awhile. Ginha was among those we were missing. Jeanne looked into it and found out that Ginha had passed away in 2016.

Ginha was a good friend to us and the falcons. She, and her husband Dave, were frequent visitors to Rochester. Dave, I am very sorry for your loss.

Ginha is now flying free with the falcons she so dearly loved.  heart falcon2 sorrow

Sad I too am sorry to hear this news, as Ginha was one of the posters on this list that I always looked forward to reading.

Ginha was such a wonderful person.  She loved the falcons and even named one of the Canadian peregrines-- Hope. So sad that she has passed Sad
