Switch! DC out, Beauty in!
Falcon Watcher Brian reported yesterday that while he was out for a walk just before 7 pm, he witnessed a battle between two falcons. He texted that to me, and I checked the cameras. Beauty was on the eggs, so it was probably DC he saw, hopefully escorting another falcon out of his territory.
Watcher Larry checked out the area last night. All was peaceful.
We were very happy to see DC this morning looking good!

I was also wondering where DC was yesterday morning as he's usually on the eggs when I log on, intruder might have been poking around then. Thanks for the report!

Kathy and I were going to get out early, in case DC didn't show up this morning. We were very happy that he showed up at the NB early this morning.

Yes I did see that Kitty. Actually that's part of why I went back into the archives a bit as I was worried he wasn't there yet. He and I have been having morning coffee together while I work from home the past few weeks. So when he didn't show up for 'coffee', I admit I was a bit concerned.

Switch at 7:24 am. You can see Beauty flying in for a landing on the NB platform to take her turn on the eggs!
