On our streaming video page this evening, Channel 1 and Channel 2 are working together to give us a panoramic view of Downtown Rochester.

https://rfalconcam.com/rfc-main/streamView.php

Wow, The technical staff ( clap ) has outdone himself on this iteration  bow

It's a team effort. This was made possible thanks to the new Camera 1, and installing a camera is not a one-person job. Many thanks to GVAS president June Summers and her husband Drew for machining and installing a new pole for the camera, to Carol P for her assistance in getting the camera up and running, to the NYS DEC for making sure it was done safely both for the installers and the falcons, and to Rich Calabrese for letting us drill holes in his building. And, of course, to all you falcon fans for supporting Rfalconcam with donations that make this possible.

Thanks to all for the hard work in getting this done! It is awesome!  thankyou

As we travel the expressways around town, we're usually sighting a falcon or two, on highway lamp posts near, either I590/Monroe (exit 2), I390/West Ridge (exit 24), or, today, at I390/Ridgeway (exit 23).

They're never close enough to eyeball any bands, nor are we ready to take any pictures...but they're exciting to spot.

You've got sharp eyes, Christiane. Falcons have been spotted on lamp posts in the past. Red-tailed hawks like to perch on lamp posts too. It can be hard to tell them apart when driving by at highway speeds.
