Looks like Neander to me. 🙂
So, are we thinking perhaps that this is Neander with a missing tailfeather? Sure looks like him to me, but I can see the white feather in the second photo.
White flight feather on left wing and a pellet.

Yep! lol
This looks like the male. Sure wish we could say for sure it was Neander. But, I agree that it does look like Neander.

Mr. White Feather, Neander?, eating in the SW corner of the Wilder Bldg.
Pretty sure this was Nova (no white feather on left wing). She came down from the TSB wing ring to finish the leftovers on Wilder.

1/25/23 Nest Box Visits
We are under a Winter Storm Warning today.
Mr. White Feather visited the TSB nest box this morning. Neander?
It was a very quick visit. Only 3 of our cameras captured the moment.
UFO seen over Rochester early this morning!
Start of the storm. Let's see how it goes.

1/29/23 Nest Box Visits
While Mr. White Feather was on the TSB nest box platform, Nova was above hunting from the SE wing ring.
Nova's hunt was a success. She brought her food, in this case a pigeon, to the SE corner of the Telesca bldg.
In the meantime, Mr. White Feather was watching her from the Wilder chimney
After finishing her breakfast, Nova went over to the Wilder chimney. MWF had left earlier
MWF was on the TSB nest box platform
Get this thing off my head!
