And, in the interest of citizen science...

We had been discussing hatch-to-fledge age while on watch last week as this brood seemed to have good skills early on. It's not a statistic I was tracking, but was able to go back to 2022 and pop in the dates. I will pull out my old notebooks and do prior years when I can.

This brood did fledge a bit later than usual. Of course it isn't precise-other than Walker there's really no way to know for sure who hatched first or last but still interesting.

Walker on the center section, below nest box level. At the same time, we had 1 juvie on the SE wing ledge, 1 juvie on the NE wing ledge, 1 juvie at the north end of the Cross Rds Bldg and Nova and Neander on OCSR.  All 6 Rochester Falcons in view this morning!
