Apologies for the delay...when it became apparent there would only be 3 eggs I needed to re-evaluate the "hard incubation" indicators. It's actually not terribly clear. The chart isn't designed to show it, but there were still indicators based on prior years' data that a 4th egg might have been in process...gaps between shift changes of greater than 30 minutes...hovering over the eggs rather than fully down on them...more shift changes at shorter intervals...more Neander, less Nova...

At any rate, we'll never know for sure so here's the 1st shift change chart of 2025!
