Since each lens has a different perspective, perhaps they can't pick which window to go out...

Because it's doing a screen test.
Because it likes being a pane.
Because it's being sill-ee.
Because its lived a shuttered life.
Because the reception is bad .
(Get it? It's adjusting the antennae)
Because it's a dead winger.
Because it's busy playing wing awound the wosie.
Umm...

Okay, I'll shaddup now..

When you open 2 windows or doors again each other so that you create some wind.(I believe the right word is draughty) they can find the window very good and they will be gone in a minute.
Flies don't like draught.
