I never knew this beautiful falcon but I am so sad to hear of another loss of a Rochester offspring. My heart goes out to everyone who did, as I know how I feel about Callidora, her & Jemison being my first eyas
Fly free sweet angel
I pray every day we will be blessed with some precious eyas this year

These 3 falcons, Rhea Mae, Aura and Sabrina were the first that I really follow on the camera.
That was also the first time I went to Rochester to see them.
So great souvenirs.
Rhea Mae made me happy nesting in Canada.
Now Sabrina/Valiant made me very sad.
He will now meet our Eve who died 2 years ago.
Though lifes for these magnificient birds.
Fly high and free Valiant

!!! Zanar has hatchlings!
June 01, 2012 - New York - Prescott-Ogdensburg Bridge
CPF Postmaster Reports:
June 1st - 2012
As you know, the old nest box located on the Prescott-Ogdensburg bridge was relocated from the Canadian side of the bridge last year and moved to the Ogdensburg USA side.
The resident territorial adult female named “Zanar” - (who was produced at the Crowne Plazza hotel in Ottawa in 2004) was successful in attracting a new mate this spring and there is good news regarding their efforts. The pair have been successful in hatching several of their eggs this season and have hatchlings in nest box!
Hope these kids make it on their fledges!
