At 6:59 there was a bird on the white vent cover (?) flapping.  It took off directly west off the building.  At 7:06 I saw 2 sets of wings, one on the vent cover and another on the east edge.  Vent cover moved to the edge.  Don't know which was adult or which was juvie.

The building has a big sign on the front that says "Telesca Center For Justice" (Google it to learn more), but its official name is the Four Corners Building.  Directly across Main St. is the Powers Bldg.

This link says the building was renamed the Hon. Michael A. Telesca Center for Justice in 2006.
