C was flying beautifully this morning. However landing not the best yet. A not around much perhaps looking for J. B sticking by C. B fed her beak to beak around 6:30 this morning. Going back up there soon.

I agree with Joyce. Beauty definitely was not acting as if a baby was missing this morning . Very attentive to Callidora. JMHO

At least she is being attentive to Callidora. Poor baby! Jemison has gotten lots of mom's attention in the last few days. Beauty did seem calm last night too.

I have been checking anxiously all day about Jemi's condition.
I wanted to help in some small way to pay for his quail meals or his care while in rehab, therefore I have just made a donation to the Genesee Valley Audubon Society specifying that this is for his care.
I am so heartbroken about his injury...he and Calli are so sweet.
I pray all will go well....
