Remember watching the falcon on the Panama Canal cam a few years ago? Saw this on the Yahoo board...

panama canal.com has a beautiful falcon on his red pedestal with prey now.
If I recall correctly, it was the
Miraflores Lock cam
. The cam is pointing the other way right now...guess we need to start watching again!

And, while searching to recall what type of falcon it was (Bat Falcon) I found this video on

I've watched this webcam for several years now, and it is the Miraflores webcam that we're talking about. In the mornings they tend to have the camera face the wrong way, and they switch it around noon.
