Good Morning!
We are stuck in 4th place! Colonial Village is on our tails and could easily take over 4th place. We need your votes to extend our lead in 4th place and move up!
We have submitted and earned all three extra credit project entries (ping pong balls). The photo was a picture of student work which reflected a first grade book call "Rain". The project was from the classroom I work in of a crate of apples. Each apple had one of this month's weather words and their definition. The video was the Village of Wilson's electronic sign, showing information about our quest for the Weather Machine. Funny thing about the video, Andy Parker was in Wilson over the weekend, saw the sign and took his own video of the sign. He took our submission since I had taken the video last Friday.
The Weather Word for September 23nd is: Fall

Vote as often as you can to help us move up the ladder! Please pass the word onto your friends, and family everywhere!
Thank you for your support!

Good Morning!
We are in 4th place going into the weekend and are tied with Colonial Village from Niagara Wheatfield! This is the last weekend for voting for the month of Sept. We are entering the home stretch. The last day of voting will be on Monday, September 27th until 8 p.m. Please vote as much as you can these last few days to keep our 4th place position.
Mrs. Wheeler's (the class I work in) class project "Weather Word Farm" a bunch of apples in a crate with weather word and its definition on them was shown today. You can see it on the Video section on the website. I'm surprised that more schools didn't do the extra credit work.
The Weather Word for September 24th, 25th, and 26th (the weekend) is: Gust

Today is your last chance to vote for September. Please help!!!!!
Good Morning!
Today is the last weather word for the month of September. We have until 8 p.m. to get all of our votes in for the final day. We will be in the second chance drawing. But we need to keep our placement in order to earn the most possible amount of ping pong balls for the second chance drawing. We did receive the 3 extra credit ping pong balls.
We've dropped into 5th place.
The Weather Word for September 27th is: Soaker

I voted today even though I had to look at the ad for that awful
Chase
show.
While at Universal Studios Florida this Summer, my family was asked if we would review a pilot for a new series in exchange for $15. We agreed, and it turned out to be this
Chase
series. We were given two hand controllers, one for each hand, with a button on top to press with the thumb. (They reminded me of those old slot car controllers I had when I was a kid.) The rules were simple: press the right button if you like what you see on the tv screen, and press the left one if you don't. Well, I held down the left button for nearly 40 minutes straight. My thumb got so tied that I had to switch hands. Then I squeezed the controller between my knees. The show was so bad that I contemplated
paying
$15 just to let me leave early.

You wouldn't want to use it until January anyway.
